Ntale Fred is a dedicated community leader, legal professional, entrepreneur, and development advocate from Bukomansimbi District in the Greater Masaka region of Uganda. Born on 4th June 1975, he has built a reputation for servant leadership, community empowerment, and social transformation through active participation in legal, charitable, religious, and development initiatives.

He is married and a proud father of four children. Throughout his life, he has demonstrated commitment to education, leadership, and community service, contributing significantly to both public and private sector initiatives.

With academic training in law and extensive experience in public relations, management, entrepreneurship, and community development, Ntale Fred has served in several leadership and administrative positions. His passion for social impact led him to co-found the Friends of Bukomansimbi Charity Foundation, where he currently serves as Managing Director.

His work continues to focus on empowering communities, supporting vulnerable groups, promoting social justice, and strengthening community-based development initiatives across Uganda.
