Building Homes For Needy

At Friends of Bukomansimbi, we believe that safe and decent shelter is a basic human need and an important foundation for dignity, security, and family wellbeing. Unfortunately, many vulnerable families in our communities continue to live in unsafe housing conditions, temporary shelters, or homes that cannot adequately protect them from harsh weather and health risks.

Our Building Homes for the Needy initiative was created to support vulnerable individuals and families by helping provide safer and more dignified living conditions. Through community support, partnerships, and volunteer efforts, we work toward improving housing for those most in need

Who We Support

This initiative prioritizes:

• Elderly persons living in poor housing conditions
• Widows and single-parent families
• Orphans and vulnerable children
• Persons living with disabilities
• Families affected by extreme poverty or disasters
